Using the canvas

The canvas is where your whole year lives. Zoom out to see all twelve months, zoom in to a single week, or build the view you actually think in.

🔍 Finding your view

Switch between Year, Quarter, Month, Week and Day from the controls at the top.

Most planners give you a fixed set of views. The canvas is flexible — if you plan in ten day chunks, or two week sprints, or by quarter, you can set that up and it stays.

🗓 The year view

All twelve months at once. Every goal, every commitment, every busy stretch visible in one place.

This is the view for the bigger decisions. When's the right month to take a holiday. Which quarter is already overloaded. Whether that deadline in October is realistic given what's already booked.

Click into any month or week to zoom in.

📝 Sticky notes

Drop a note anywhere on the canvas. Drag it where you want, change the colour, and it stays put.

They work like sticky notes on a whiteboard. Use them for context that doesn't belong to a specific day — a reminder about a busy stretch, a note about why a month is blocked out, or an idea you want to come back to.

Notes scale with the canvas, so they stay readable whether you're zoomed all the way out or right down to a single week.

🎛 Filtering

Use the filter panel to show only what you care about right now. Filter by goal, tag, page, or type — tasks, events, habits.

Useful when you want to see how much of your year is actually going toward one goal, or when you want the noise gone so you can plan properly.

🤖 Planning with AI on the canvas

The assistant is available right there on the canvas. Ask it to find you time, move things around, or show you a specific stretch.

Because it can see the same view you can, it understands what you're pointing at. "Clear this week" or "what's the gap here" work without you having to spell out the dates.

📊 Reviewing a month

Click View analysis on any month to see how it went — what you got done, when you worked best, which goals moved and which didn't.

You'll also get a few suggestions for the month ahead based on what the data shows.
