Troubleshooting & Re-Syncing

Occasionally, calendar integrations may get out of sync—especially if credentials expire, permissions change, or a provider temporarily goes offline.

Here’s how to quickly get things back on track.


🛠 If Events Aren’t Showing or Syncing:

  1. Go to Settings → Calendar & Integrations

  2. Delete the calendar that’s causing issues

  3. Reconnect it using the same screen

This will reauthorize access and rebuild the sync from scratch.

📌 Pro Tip:
This also helps if:

  • Events are missing

  • You’re seeing outdated entries

  • Pushes from ByDesign aren't appearing on Google/Outlook
