Use custom domain for pages

I’ve created some pages that I want publish to the Internet as websites using my personal domain. For example, I own the domain orinsafko.com. I’ve published this page using ByDesign:

https://app.bydesign.io/published/orin-safko

I want to use my domain, orinsafko.com, and point it at this ByDesign published page.
