Support hookmark links

I tried pasting hookmark links in both markdown format and std format in ByDesign but it does not work, did I do it the wrong way or

this is how it looks in ByDesign, not clickable text Requirement Management Database Design-1.md

And this is in TickTick, a clickable link Requirement Management Database Design-1.md

I realise now, writing this, that this is probably due to that TickTick supports Hookmark and ByDesign does not? A better way is probably to have support for links to "external/local" files that when clicked opens up the file in the native application whatever that is.
