Support for Time Zone Settings on recurring Tasks and Habits

It would be very useful to have the option to set a specific time zone for recurring tasks and habits. While this may not be critical for simple, one-time tasks, it becomes very relevant for recurring tasks and habits, especially when users are traveling across time zones.

Use Case Examples:

1. Fixed time zone task or habit

   • Example: I have a habit to call my mum every Friday at 8 PM (my home time). If I travel to a different time zone, I still want to receive the reminder based on my original home time, not the local time of my current location.

2. Local time task or habit

   • Example: I want to read a book at 8 PM local time every day, regardless of where I am. In this case, the habit should adapt to the time zone I’m currently in.

It doesn’t need to be always visible, it could be shown when selecting that option, as Google calendar does.
