Make Dashboard Workspace Title Clickable

When adding Workspaces to the main Dashboard, one would expect the Workspace card title to be clickable, so it would open that particular Workspace instantly. It would be faster, easier, and more straightforward than clicking the Workspace icon in the sidebar, and then clicking the Workspace of choice. Less mouse movement, less clicks, and better focus.
