Like in Google, let users create and adjust task/event times by clicking on a calendar time slot and dragging up or down to set the desired duration.

The event’s start and end time updates as the user drags, offering immediate visual and textual feedback. This streamlines the process and minimizes wasted time from manual entry.

    The fact that you can’t do this when creating tasks and events is probably my biggest source of friction when using ByDesign. This is a must-have imo.
