Adding content to pages

I currently have 8 pages set up, and some have several pages within them.
When I attempt to add a task to a page, I receive a list of all the pages and their subpages in one long list - see the screenshot.
Can this be changed so that there’s a hierarchical view of the main pages with the pages within those pages indented - this would be far easier to use than the current arrangement.
