Ability to limit tags to folders/pages

Feature Request

All tags are global now. It’d be nice if we can create tags applicable to only pages within a folder.

ie I have work-related tags, personal tags, recipe tags → have option to be applied only to pages within their respective folders.

For example, food tags “Beef,” “Chicken,” “Vegetarian,” “Soup” tags make no sense to apply to anything besides pages in the “Food” folder.
