Ability to Create a Custom Task/Event

You know the usual drop down where we can change from task to habit/event?

It’d be awesome if we can create a “custom” event/task. We can set our own default Reminders, Priority, Calendar it should be assigned to, etc. Would make scheduling things like meetings, phone calls, and recurring types of events/tasks etc. so much easier!
