@Chirali Jain As you work on the 2-way sync with Google Calendar, I wanted to bring up two points:

    1. When creating an event/task in ByDesign, the way it appears in Google Calendar isn’t very clear. The link opens a long redirect loop and ends up on the dashboard, but doesn’t take you to the actual task or event, so it’s hard to tell which one it’s referring to. I think that ByDesign should be set as a app to catch URLs that contain bydesign.io.

    2. The behaviour on Desktop takes you too to the dashboard instead of the item.

    3. Also, I would drop the second line about learning more about bydesign.io for cleanness in the task.

    4. Would it be possible to use the Google Maps API for locations? That way, when setting a location in ByDesign, the name would match what appears in Google Calendar (using the official Maps entry), which would make things more consistent and polished. Also, clicking on the location on bydesign could open Google Maps or other provider (but let be honest, almost everyone uses Google Maps)

    Happy to elaborate if needed!

If possible, please ensure that Busy/Free can be toggled in ByDesign as part of the implementation @Chirali Jain Thank you so much!!

Noticed this was added today- amazing! Thank you @Chirali Jain . Could you please add a Location field to tasks, similar to events? I create 'Tasks' (which are essentially events) inside pages. I have pages labeled 'Appointments' and 'Events/Travel' that contain tasks because I can’t create events directly in pages yet. Being able to add a location would be greatly appreciated.

Please please, it's really annoying to have to go to Google Calendar when we are rescheduling appointments. It would be perfect to do everything directly in ByDesign.
